BIZCOMPS® Business Sales Statistics
Annual study provides sales transaction data for over 12,000 companies sold over the last ten years, with the primary focus on small companies priced at less than $1 million. Information provided in the study includes selling price, annual revenue, seller's discretionary earnings, P/R (price/revenue) and P/SDE (price/seller's discretionary earnings) multiples, payment terms, value of furniture, fixtures, and equipment, and rent as a percentage of revenue. Small Business Valuation Multiples
Comprehensive reference guide provides market-based business valuation multiples for small businesses in more than 200 industries. The P/R (price/revenue) and P/SDE (price/seller's discretionary earnings) multiples for each industry are derived from actual company sales transactions as reported by BIZCOMPS®, with the primary focus on small companies priced at less than $1 million. Subscription service provides comparable sales information for over 26,000 private companies sold for prices ranging from under $1 million to over $16.6 billion, with valuation measures provided including net sales, gross profit, EBITDA, EBIT, discretionary earnings, and book value of invested capital multiples. Pratt's Stats® Private Deal Update
Quarterly publication provides information on valuation trends over the last ten years for transactions included in the Pratt's Stats® database, with median MVIC/net sales, MVIC/EBIT, and MVIC/EBITDA multiples reported by company revenue ($0 - $1M, $1M - $5M, >$5M), industry (construction; manufacturing; transportation, communications, and utilities; wholesale; retail; and services), and type of buyer (public, private).
