Semiannual survey summarizes forecasts for key economic indicators provided by economists from industry, government, and academia, with economic measures covered in the survey including real GDP growth, unemployment, CPI inflation, PPI inflation, 3-month and 10-year Treasury securities interest rates, and S&P 500 stock price index. Current and prior surveys are available free online.


Survey of Professional Forecasters
Research Department, Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia

Quarterly survey summarizes forecasts for key economic indicators provided by economists who are currently generating forecasts for their employers or clients or those who have done so in the past, with economic measures covered in the survey including real GDP growth, unemployment, payrolls, and headline and core CPI and PCE inflation. Summary of Current Economic Conditions (Beige Book)
The Federal Reserve Board

Published eight times per year, this report provides a summary of commentary on current economic conditions by Federal Reserve District and economic sector based on reports from Federal Reserve Bank and Federal Reserve Branch directors and interviews with key business contacts, economists, market experts, and other sources. Current and prior issues of the report are available free online.


Economic Report of the President
Counicl of Economic Advisors

Annual report written by the Chair of the Council of Economic Advisers analyzes current and future economic trends and includes long-term forecasts by calendar year for economic measures such as nominal and real GDP, consumer price index, unemployment rate, and 3-month and 10-year Treasury securities interest rates. Current and prior issues of the report are available free online.
