Independent Sheet Plant Operating Ratio Survey
Annual operating ratio survey allows users to compare their sheet plant operations with other similar facilities by sales range, with benchmarking data provided including operating expense line items as a percentage of sales, in dollars, and in dollars per MSF (thousand square feet) for production plant, fulfillment center, and/or warehousing operations. Survey is available to participating members only.
Annual report allows users to compare their firm's financial and operating performance on an annual and quarterly basis with average, median, high, and low financial and operating ratios reported for all other participating packaging manufacturers for the same periods. Salary, Hourly Wage & Benefit Survey
Comprehensive survey provides base salary, hourly rate, and total compensation data for personnel employed by independent corrugator and sheet plant operations, with compensation data broken out by plant type and region for 28 salaried positions (e.g., general manager, production manager, sales manager) and 39 hourly wage positions (e.g., baler operator, corrugator take-off, clamp truck driver).
Sales Compensation Survey
Biennial sales compensation survey provides base salary, incentive, and total compensation data for sales representatives employed by AICC-member independent corrugator and sheet plant operators in the U.S. and Canada, and includes detailed information on types of sales compensation programs in place, incentive structures, payment basis, and benefits provided to industry sales representatives.
FBA Labor Program data sources listed above provide information on wage rates and increases and employee benefits (e.g., holidays, vacation time, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, and 401(k), pension, profit sharing, and stock option plans) for specific job titles or job classifications at union and nonunion FBA member plants.
