Database includes over 12,000 small business sales with 20 searchable fields of information in each record.
Primary focus is on small businesses priced at less than $1 million. Provides price/revenue and price/seller's
discretionary earnings multiples. Available in print, CD-ROM, or online versions.
Small Business Valuation Formula Multiples
Report provides market-based business valuation multiples for small businesses in more than 200 industries.
Valuation multiples are derived from actual business sales transactions as reported by BIZCOMPS®, with
the primary focus on small companies priced at less than $1 million. Valuation multiple range presented
in the report represents the midrange of the reported transactions for each industry.
BizBuySell Valuation Reports
Reports provide asking prices for current businesses for sale and recently sold businesses in 50 industries,
with data provided including asking price, gross income, and cash flow data.
IBA Market Database
Online database contains sales transaction data for over 35,000 sales of closely held businesses in more
than 780 SIC codes, with data provided including price/revenue and price/earnings multiples.
Done Deals Online
Online database contains transaction details for more than 7,200 private and public mid-market companies
sold for purchase prices between $1 million and $1 billion, with approximately 79% of the selling companies
being privately owned. Valuation measures include revenue, earnings, cash flow, and EBITDA multiples.
Pratt's Stats® Database
Online database provides comparable sale information on private company sales ranging in deal price from
under $1 million to over $16.6 billion. Includes over 20,000 transactions in 779 SIC codes and 891 NAICS
codes, with over 100 fields of financial and transactional details. Valuation measures include revenue,
gross profit, EBIT, EBITDA, discretionary earnings, and book value multiples.
Financial information section of these profiles includes valuation multiples from the Pratt's Stats database,
with median multiples provided including MVIC/net sales, MVIC/EBIT, and MVIC/EBITDA. Sample report can

Public Stats™ Database
Online database provides comparable sales information on public company sales ranging in deal price from
under $2 million to $114 billion. Includes over 2,300 transactions in 390 SIC Codes and 450 NAICS Codes,
with up to 64 fields of financial and transactional data. Valuation measures include revenue, gross profit,
EBIT, EBITDA, and book value multiples.
Database contains almost 7,000 comparable sales for private and public mid-market companies over the prior
10 years. Business sale price ranges from $1 million to $250 million, with 50cent being under $10 million.
